Please have your TV and its wall bracket ready before the appointment. If you don't have a bracket, let us know your TV size and we can advise or quote for a suitable one separately. Wall anchors and fixings appropriate to your wall are typically supplied, though heavy-duty or specialist fixings for unusual walls may be quoted on the day. Your payment is held safely in-app and only released once the work is finished and you're satisfied. If the mount isn't sitting right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return and re-fit it under our satisfaction guarantee. Need to change your slot? You can reschedule for free up to around two hours before it begins.

FAQs

Can you mount my TV on a concrete or plasterboard wall?

Yes. Your pro will check the wall type on arrival and use the correct anchors for it. Solid concrete and plasterboard both work well; we simply choose fixings rated to safely hold the weight of your set.

Do I need to buy a bracket beforehand?

Ideally yes, as brackets vary by TV size and weight. If you don't have one, share your TV's size and model and we can recommend a suitable bracket or quote to supply it separately.

Will my cables be hidden?

We'll tidy and conceal cables as neatly as your setup allows. Surface trunking gives a clean look on most walls; full in-wall concealment depends on the wall and can be discussed and quoted if needed.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-secure the bracket. Your payment stays held in-app until the job is done and you're satisfied, so you're never out of pocket for work that isn't right.
