A spot near a mirror and a power outlet helps, especially for heat styling — and a wash basin or shower nearby is handy if your style starts with a wash. For braiding or elaborate looks, let us know in the notes so we set aside enough time. If you've a particular finish in mind, attach a photo. Every stylist is identity-verified and background-checked, and your payment stays safely held until the job is done to your satisfaction. If anything isn't quite right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll book you back in to re-style it. Plans change? Reschedule free of charge up to around two hours before your slot.

Does the stylist bring their own tools and products?

Yes — your stylist arrives with a clean, professional kit and styling products. If you prefer a specific product or have braiding extensions you'd like used, just add a note when you book.

Can the stylist do braids or protective styles?

Many of our stylists do, but it varies by pro. Mention the exact style in your booking notes so we match you with someone who specialises in it and allow the right amount of time.

What if I need to change my appointment?

No problem — rescheduling is free up to roughly two hours before your slot, so you can shift things around traffic or a busy day.

How do payments work?

Everything is cashless and handled securely in the app. Your payment is only released to the stylist once your session is complete and you're happy.
