Good to know

Please have all the furniture boxes and their fittings on site and ideally in the room where the items will live, as moving large built pieces afterwards can be tricky. Telling us how many items and what they are helps us allow the right amount of time. Standard assembly uses the fixings included in the box; wall anchors for securing tall units are typically supplied or can be quoted if your wall needs special fixings. Your payment is held securely and only released once the job is complete and you're happy. Found a missing part from the manufacturer or want a tweak afterwards? Tell us within 24 hours and, under our satisfaction guarantee, we'll return and re-tighten or finish the job. You can also reschedule free of charge up to around two hours before your booking.

FAQs

Can you assemble more than one item in a visit?

Yes. Just tell us how many items and what they are when you book so we can allow enough time and send a pro ready for the full job.

Will you anchor a tall wardrobe to the wall?

We can. For safety, tall or top-heavy items are best fixed to the wall. Your pro will use anchors suited to your wall type; specialist fixings for unusual walls may be quoted on the day.

What if a part is missing from the box?

Your pro will build as far as the supplied parts allow and let you know what's missing. Once you source the part from the manufacturer, you can rebook to finish the assembly.

Do you take away the packaging?

Your handyman will break down and tidy the packaging and offcuts so you're left with a clean, finished piece and no clutter to deal with.
