Installation labor is quoted for the fit itself; the air conditioner is supplied by you, and extras such as additional copper piping, wall brackets, a stabiliser, trunking or longer cable runs are quoted separately once the technician sees your space. Drilling through walls and a brief power-off are part of a standard fit, and the position of the outdoor unit — especially on upper floors or compound walls — may need safe access arranged. Good placement matters for airflow and servicing, so your installer will advise before mounting anything. Given Lagos power conditions, we strongly recommend running your new unit through a suitable stabiliser to protect it from voltage swings and generator changeovers, and your pro can guide you on this. Workmanship is covered by our satisfaction guarantee — if the fit isn't right, flag it within 24 hours and we'll return and put the installation right. How do I choose where the unit goes?

Tell us your preferred location when booking and your installer will advise on the best placement for airflow, drainage and easy future servicing before mounting anything.

Should I use a stabiliser with my new AC?

We recommend it. Lagos voltage swings and generator changeovers are hard on compressors, and a suitable stabiliser helps protect your investment. Your technician can advise on what suits your unit.

Can I request the same installer again later?
